This 3 days Wildlife Safari in Kenya takes you to Masai Mara Wildlife Reserve for a short Holiday offering thrilling Safari for exciting Game drives and Balloon rides over the Park. Masai Mara is a well known natural wonder of the yearly Wildebeest Migration from Masai Mara in Kenya through the Mara river to Serengeti in Tanzania, thus the Great Wildebeest Migration during the Months of July, August and September as well as October and November, However sometimes may cross earlier due to a great demand of grass.

This 3 days Kenya Safari to Masai Mara also gives you a chance to have a cultural encounter with the Maasai people. These Maasai people are cattle keepers and they practice nomadic pastoralism which is part of their tradition are also the owners of the Masai Land on which this Park is located. Masai Mara is a magnificent home to a variety of wildlife like the Wildebeests, Zebra, Giraffes, Buffaloes, Eland, Thomson’s Gazelles to list but a few. It’s  reserve is blessed with beautiful Savannah grasslands and plains pocked with acacia for the Best African Safari.

 

 

DAY 1: KENYA – Transfer from Hotel to Masai Mara Game Reserve

Our driver Guide will meet you at the Hotel early in the morning and Depart by Road for Masai Mara Game Reserve via the beautiful Savannah grasslands and plains in the Great  Rift valley with the magnificent views Mt. Suswa, Mt. Margaret, and Mt. Longonot. On Arrival have lunch before embarking on an afternoon game drive.
The jewel in Africa’s crown, Masai Mara, is host to the most spectacular array of wildlife such as Lions, elephant, Cheetah, leopard, Rhinos, giraffe, gazelle, and zebras among others. Game viewing is never dull in the Mara and patience is often rewarded with unique sightings: a pride of lion stalking their prey; a solitary leopard retrieving its kill from the high branches of an acacia tree; a male wildebeest sparring to attract females into their harem; a herd of elephant protecting their young from opportunistic predators. DAY 2: Full Day in the Masai Mara Game Reserve Optional Masai Cultural Village 

A full day is spent game viewing and exploring this natural wonder with a visit to the Mara River where the wildebeest migration takes place. Here you can see both the hippos and the crocodiles that co exist in the same waters.
The Masai Mara is Kenya’s most popular safari destination and for good reason. It is a vast reserve of endless flat grassland crossed by rivers which play host to wildlife’s most spectacular moments. Its biggest draw card is the Wildebeest Migration when vast hordes of Wildebeest roar through the park bringing in its trail a wake of mighty predators. In Masai Mara during the migration pick a spot by the river and watch as crocodiles and lions compete to pick-off stragglers from the clattering herds of wildebeest.
Optional Afternoon Visit to a Maasai Cultural Village: This afternoon, we have an option of joining the Maasai dancers donning their African regalia and the jingling on their feet, flow by the rhythm of African beats and dance to their tunes that will leave you refreshed. Return to Lodge / Campsite for Dinner and Overnight. (FB)

DAY 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Transfer to Nairobi for Flight Home.

After an early breakfast depart for Nairobi. Enjoying a leisurely drive arriving in time for your transfer to the International Airport to board your flight back home.
