3 Day Kibale Forest Chimpanzee Habituation Experience takes you on a unique jungle rainforest Tour of Kibale Forest National Park giving you an Opportunity for a Habituation Experience with man’s Closest Relative the Chimpanzee. This amazing and rewarding habituation experience will provide you with an opportunity to spend a full day with the Chimpanzees and take quality pictures of them as you get to learn Chimpanzee behaviour patterns, how they feed and how they relate to each other. explore these jungles, swamps as well as grassland around this forest sightings of Butterflies and a Variety of Birdlife to over 335 bird species along the trail. The park is located in western Uganda approximately 5 hours drives Kampala and covers an area coverage of 766 km2.
DAY 1: Transfer from Kampala – Kibale Forest Chimpanzee park,
An early Pick up from your hotel, we drive west to Kibale Forest National Park. With an Enroute Lunch in Forportal Town, Enjoy the scenic beauty all the way to the park with views of Tea Plantations and the Backdrop of the Famous Rwenzori Mountains National Park. You will reach late in the afternoon to go visit the crater lakes regions and later return to the lodge for Dinner and overnight at the Lodge or Campsite.

DAY 2: Chimpanzee Habituation Experience – Bigodi Swamp walk
Today is dedicated to the Chimpanzee Habituation Experience. You will start the day with an early morning breakfast and a packed lunch and you are off before dawn breaks into the forest. You will meet your guide and you are off to where the chimpanzees built nests the night before. Dawn is just breaking and the chimpanzee community you are going to be with the rest of the day is rising from their sleep in the nests. This experience will enable you to view other primates like the colobus monkeys, Mangabeys, baboons, Bushbabies and many more. Have lunch and then in the afternoon you will go for a walk to the Bigodi Swamp (Known for bird watching) sanctuary for plenty of birds and rare fauna and flora. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge / Camp as above.

DAY 3: Transfer back to Kampala
In the morning after breakfast, drive back to Kampala on time for lunch and transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight or transfer to Entebbe Airport for your outbound flight.

All Vehicles are provided with pop-top roofs for easy and excellent safari viewing. All passengers will have a dedicated window seat.
