It is situated on the western side of the country about 376 kilometres off Kampala capital city. Queen Elizabeth National Park is home to over 95 Mammal species such as the big game (elephants, lions plus the tree-climbing lions, leopards, buffaloes) as well as other amazing savanna grassland dwellers and about 600 bird species.
